I live here now and it SUCKS!!! they never answer the phone, i've asked numerous of times to fix my air conditioner because it NEVER really cuts off, ive asked for them to come and spray for bugs numerous of times also because its infested!!!!!!!! it never happens!!!!!!!!!
I wish I could leave zero stars. The absolute worst place I've ever lived. The property management is awful. My first clue was when I could not move in for 2 weeks after I signed the lease bc they did not get around to cleaning and painting the rest of the home. It was 2 different colors and there was a giant box of trash left on the porch from the previous tenants.They do not care about their tenants at all. They refuse to answer the phone and are seldom in the office. Their only concern is collecting the rent check. The safety and maintenance of the units are last on their priority list. The police department are regular visitors to this community.
It has a mission in the back that welcomes you and your family to the neahborhood , helps your children with homework and has free haircuts for your family once a year to get them ready for school and in the summer they have vacation bible school. They also have bible study weekly . Good neahborhood!
I move there in got bedbugs it ruined my furniture, couldn't sleep good after this, I found out from all the other renter they all have bedbugs too. The whole place is infested with bedbugs I couldn't get rid of them, the landlord doesn't fix anything, after u move u never see the landlord again accept at court. If u less than a month late ,she locks u out, the place has alot of drugs all around, child perv in park too, ur place gets broken into. I believe the landlord comes in ur place when u not there. This place costed me around $5000.00 in furniture. Because it was infested with bedbugs. I wouldn't rent from there,
