First time I went to Spa La La was to have red taken out of high lights from another beautician Next time I had Jessica Hoda to put high lights in hair. Afterwards. I told her I could not see them and was told the lights in the building are not good go stand in the light by the door. We had looked at pictures of what she was going to do. I was surprised that it did not look like picture at all. I have no high light. I lave low lights. I called back to see if I could come back in. I could tell right off she was not happy. She told me what she did and why it looked like it did. I said thier are no lights in my hair. I want high lights lightened up. I was informed I could come back in two weeks. I ask could she fit me in. Remember I have already paid and not happy. She said I’m going on vacation and thier is no way i can see you until I get back in two weeks. So I said forget it. She thinks my hair is fine. But guess what this is my hair. Definitely not what it was suppose to look like. I do suggest Spa La La buy some lighting for the salon. I also suggest that the client is always right attitude. Not happy at all. More to the story. I got a message from owner that i was not suppose to question professionals about how they go about doing hair. Also I could come back for a complimentary appointment. This is not about money to me it’s about leaving and being a satisfied customer. I am not happy and will not be going back to LaLaLand. My hair has no high lights. Could have got same color hair put of a box.
